Breakfast and lunch were both leftover Celebration Roast on bagels, snacks were Clif Builder’s Bars.  After work, I got on the trainer for 2 hours (all of Spinervals Aero Base Builder I, then the first 35 minutes of Aero Base Builder again).  Dinner was leftover matambre from Thanksgiving, white bean and kale soup, and a glass of dry sherry.

Sleep now.  Glorious sleep.
