Dear homeowners/landlords/assclowns: 

I happened to run by your house/apartment building/assclown lair last night, and torqued my knee (yes, the bad one)/almost fell down/had to hurdle the snowbank that you were too lazy to clear. So, I’ll make a deal with you - you start bothering to clear the sidewalk in front of your house/apartment building/assclown lair, and I won’t take a crap on the front seat of your SUV/evil landlord jalopy/assclownmobile. Deal?

Tempo run was supposed to be 1.5 miles warmup, 5 miles @7:22-7:31, 1 mile cooldown. After all of the almost falling down/snowbank hurdling, ended up doing the 5 mile section @ 7:45/mile on average.
