Float like a butterfly, sting like a manta ray
Icing my knees seems to have helped a lot. I was able to make it to the gym tonight for hill repeats on the treadmill, with my latest fast running playlist to keep me motivated:

My knee seems to be doing best on the uphills, and worse on the flats, and seems to match the symptoms of runner’s knee, which I’ve dealt with in the past.
Got home after the gym, fed the dogs, and made a fantastic batch of ginger/lime curried tofu with black sticky rice.
