Well, it’s been too long with no running-related injuries, so I’m home today icing my knee. grumble grumble grumble. Knee started hurting on Thursday, and hasn’t gotten much better since then. I spent most of yesterday resting and icing my knee, which helped somewhat.
Training last week was as follows:
- Monday - Weightlifting @ gym
- Tuesday - Hill repeats (done on gym treadmill)
- Wednesday - Weightlifting @ gym
- Thursday - Tempo intervals
- Friday - Rest
- Saturday - 16 mile trail run at Clinton Lake
- Sunday - 2 mile recovery walk
