We come from the land of the ice and snow
Light calesthenics first thing this morning, smoothie for breakfast (orange, mango and blueberry with whey protein). Leftover sweet potato/tofu tagine with quinoa for lunch. Easy 5mi recovery run right after work (8:54/mi pace) - temperature in the mid-30s, 20-25MPH wind. Impromptu vegan bento for dinner.
