Up at about 6:00am, 1 cup of Pirhana Mate, 1 T L-carnitine, 45:00 tempo ride. Breakfast was:
- 1/4c Udi’s Hawaiian Granola
- 1c soy milk
- 1c Naked Green Machine w/ 1T Barlean’s Greens
- 2oz beer bread (made w/ Baltika 6 Porter and Great River Mills Sunflower Millet Blend)
Mid-morning snack of:
- 8oz Stonyfield Farm Raspberry Soy Yogurt
- 8oz GT’s Kombucha
- 16oz chamomile tea
