Nutrition/training log for 2k test/weight cut
Here’s my nutrition and training log for my weight cut and the 2k test. Not shown are hydration strategies/manupulation, supplementation, or final weight cut strategies beyond a little time on the rower.
Also not shown are what I consumed after the row (except for 1 banana and 2 scoops of Stronger Faster Healthier post-workout whey protein). As far as post-row nutrition, let’s just say there was much crying and gnashing of teeth by hungry people as they watched me eat.
Legs are pretty sore today, but feeling good.
