Definitely on the mend - ran the Chicago Half Marathon in 2:05 with only a little pain, and did mile repeats yesterday (7:12, 7:13 and 7:15 with 3:40 rest periods). Mile repeats were definitely slower than pre-injury, but I’m getting better. At this point (knock on wood), I think I should be able to run the Chicago Marathon, although it may have to be at a slower pace than originally planned.
