Good morning, sunshine! Time for pre-work base miles!
Another base mile Sunday - watching 1998 Giro and Tour, shooting for 5-6 hours on the trainer
2 hours of cadence work on the trainer this morning, followed by massage. Plans for this afternoon? Testing my resting heart rate
Friday dinner? 2 bottles of Perpetuem, 2007 Paris-Roubaix DVD, and my bicycle. This is what happens when my better half is out of town
Best way to start the morning? 10x100m sprints on the track, 2x10 box jumps, followed by scrapple + maple syrup for breakfast!
Insomnia sucks. Have been awake since 3. Currently trying to decide if I’m going to the gym as I’d planned.
Back on the bike. 2 hours yesterday, 4-6 hours today

To start the new year off right, I decided to spend a couple hours today doing the Sufferfest Double Challenge. At roughly 1000CST this morning, I started with The Downward Spiral
60 minutes of The Downward Spiral, a very short (sub-2 minute) break of easy pedaling, then 60 minutes of Fight Club
and then, I was done. In more ways than one.
120 minutes, 2 bottles of Cytomax, many, many...
Done with @thesufferfest Double Challenge. Going to go eat a gajillion calories, will post pictures and heart rate graph later today.
