Last week's training

I try to avoid using the word epic, but in this case I think it’s appropriate to call this week’s training “epic”. Weekend of running
So last year I ran some of the Riddle Run, and managed to get lost and somehow run a total of 11 miles in 2 loops on a 4 mile course.  This year I went back determined to not get lost, and to hopefully run the full 28 miles.  Due to scheduling, the plan for my weekend was Riddle Run on Saturday, and the Kankakee Winterfest 5k on Sunday.  I’m about 99% recovered from pneumonia, but my lungs...
