So, I’ve been taking swimming classes in the early evening. It’s late enough that I need something to eat, but early enough that eating a full dinner before class would be bad. Here’s what I’ve been eating about 1 hour before class:
1T peanut butter
1T agave nectar
1T rice protein
1T cacao nibs
Mix the above ingredients - it’ll take a bit of stirring to get...
