First post-pneumonia run this morning! Went ok, am currently thinking that I’ll be able to do Across The Years!

Peak lung capability is back to normal! Now if I could just get rid of the intermittent chest pain and fatigue, I’d be all set

Very tired, but lung capacity improving - tested at about 98% of normal capacity this morning!

Slow improvement: I normally get about 660 L/min on a peak flow meter. When I went to the dr w/ pneumonia, was at 520. Am now at about 580.

pneumonia is only slightly better. trying to get enough oxygen in my brain to write emergency management paper. not having much luck.
